Volunteer at our 2019 missions fandango

On Monday April 15th – Wednesday April 17th CVYR is hosting an event called Missions Fandango. This event allows local youth groups to get a missions experience right here in their own backyard at a very low cost. Youth groups will be helping us with service projects during the day and then enjoying a camp/camping experience with fun activities in the late afternoons and evenings.

How can you help?

Easy. Here are some areas that we are needing help in:

  • Hospitality/Hosting  (All day/anytime)
  • Cooking (Morning, afternoon, and evenings)
  • Service projects (9:00-3:30)
  • Construction (9:00-3:30)
  • Free time activities (3:30-5:30)
    • Horses
    • fishing
    • Roping
    • Petting Zoo (3:30-4:00)
    • Lawn games
    • Indoor games
    • Leather craft (Monday)
    • Gardening craft (Tuesday)
  • Team Building (6:30-7:00)
  • Evening activities (8:00-10:00)
    • Supervisions, snacks, campfire entertainment
